We'll email you the moment booking goes live. Pay your deposit to confirm, and the balance is settled in studio.

Before you request.
Does reserving cost anything?
No. Reserving is a request, not a booking — no card, no charge. You'll pay your deposit only when we confirm your appointment after opening.
How much is the deposit once booking opens?
A deposit holds your appointment and comes off your total. The balance is settled in studio when you check out, where you can also add a tip and save a card on file for next time.
Can I choose my artist?
Artists are matched to your service and the time you pick. If you have someone in mind, name them in the notes and we'll do our best to line it up.
What's the cancellation policy?
Once booked, appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 12 hours before your start time. Inside that window, a late-change fee applies, and no-shows are charged in full.
I want a specific day that's months out. Is that okay?
Yes. Put the date in your request even if it's far ahead — that's exactly what this list is for, and it's how peak dates get held.
Do you do makeup at my hotel or venue?
On-location is available across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and the wider Valley. It's quoted by date, location, and party size — email us and we'll build it.
