Membership Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Musea Makeup Bar Membership Program (“Membership”) and your use of Musea Makeup Bar’s services. By purchasing, enrolling in, or renewing a Membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

Musea Makeup Bar memberships provide members with access to discounted beauty services, exclusive offers, and other member-only benefits at participating Musea Makeup Bar locations. Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the individual whose name appears on the account. Musea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership Program at any time.

2. Membership Payments and Billing

Membership payments are billed automatically each month using the credit card on file within Booker, our secure booking and payment system. By enrolling, you authorize Musea Makeup Bar to automatically charge your stored payment method for the monthly fee until canceled. Monthly billing occurs on the same date as your initial enrollment. All charges are final and non-refundable except as stated herein.

3. Membership Term and Renewal

Memberships are month-to-month and renew automatically. You may cancel your membership at any time according to the cancellation policy below. Membership benefits remain active while your account is in good standing.

4. Service Credits and Rollovers

Some membership tiers include service credits (e.g., monthly makeup applications or lash services). Service credits must be used within the billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Unused services do not roll over to the next month.

5. Discounts and Exclusions

Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, gift cards, or limited-time offers unless explicitly stated. Discounts apply only to services and retail purchases outlined in your Membership tier.

6. Cancellation Policy for Appointments

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will result in a 50% service charge applied to the credit card on file. Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges or termination of membership.

7. Cancellation of Membership

To cancel your membership, email [email protected] at least 5 days before your next billing date. Your membership will remain active through the current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur thereafter. Requests received after billing has occurred will apply to the following cycle. Musea does not issue refunds for partial months.

8. Account Updates and Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your Booker account information up to date, including billing and contact details. Musea Makeup Bar is not responsible for failed payments due to expired or invalid credit cards.

9. Suspension or Termination by Musea

Musea may suspend or terminate your membership without notice if payment fails, policies are violated, or fraudulent behavior is suspected. If terminated for cause, no refunds or credits will be issued.

10. Refund Policy

Membership fees and prepaid services are non-refundable, except where required by law. Gift cards and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

11. Changes to Terms

Musea may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on museamakeupbar.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of your Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
