What is Becoming a Muse?

Becoming a Muse is our signature beauty program, designed for clients who make professional makeup part of their routine. Choose the Muse level that fits your lifestyle and receive a set number of glams each month at preferred Muse pricing, plus exclusive perks, savings and experiences.

Founding Muse · how billing works

Charged once today. Nothing again until a month after we open.

    Your first month is charged when you join. That single payment is what locks the founding rate to your account.

  2. 02 Nothing while we build

    No further charges between today and opening day, however long that takes. Your card is not touched again in the meantime.

  3. 03 Renews a month after we open

    Your credits become bookable the day the doors open. The next charge lands one month later, and monthly from then on.

Founding Muses keep that rate for as long as their Muse level stays active. Unused sessions roll over, so nothing you have paid for expires.

When am I charged?
Your first month is charged today — that payment is what locks your founding rate. Nothing else is charged between now and opening day. Your credits become bookable the day the Scottsdale studio opens, and the next charge lands one month after that.
What happens if I don't use my sessions?
They roll over to the next month. Credits stay on your account for as long as you're a Muse, so a quiet month never costs you anything.
Do I still pay a deposit when I book?
No. Muses book without a deposit — your monthly credit covers the appointment, and anything extra is charged at Muse pricing when you check out in studio.
Can I use my credits on bridal or VIP room bookings?
Credits apply to Natural, Soft, and Bold Glam. Bridal packages and Oasis VIP room bookings are priced separately, but Muses get their Muse discount applied to the total.
Can I share my glams?
Iconic and Essential credits are transferable to friends and family. Modern Muse is non-transferable. Endless Muse includes one complimentary guest glam per month.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes — every Muse level runs month to month. Full terms, including notice periods and the cancellation policy, are on our terms page.
Can I use my Muse level at the Nashville studio?
Scottsdale Muse levels are billed and booked against the Scottsdale studio. If you'll be in Nashville, email us before your trip and we'll see what we can arrange.
