Booking
Before you book.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance for regular services. For bridal services, book 2–3 months ahead. Same-day appointments are often available for Muses.
What if I've never had professional makeup done?
Perfect! Most of our clients start with Natural Glam or book a complimentary consultation. Our artists specialize in making first-timers feel comfortable and confident.
Can I bring my own makeup?
We provide professional-grade products for the best results. If there are specific products you prefer, please let us know during booking.
What's the cancellation policy?
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before, or missed appointments, result in a 50% service charge to the card on file. VIP packages carry a 24-hour cancellation policy and a 50% deposit.
Do you do makeup at my hotel or venue?
Yes. On-location is available across Nashville and is quoted by date, location, and party size. Email [email protected] or text 629-302-8444 and we'll build it around your timeline.

How long do the looks last?
Our makeup is designed to last 8–12 hours looking fresh. Event and Bridal looks use long-wear formulas that can last 14+ hours.
Which look should I choose?
Natural Glam ($89, 45 min) enhances your features in the most seamless way. Soft Glam ($99, 60 min) adds depth, definition, and natural-looking lashes. Bold Glam ($109, 75 min) is a statement — layered pigment, sculpted dimension, a glam lash. Short on time? Quick Service — Eyes is $69. Browse them all on The Looks.
Do you offer makeup lessons?
Yes! We offer one-on-one Beginners ($279) and Enhanced ($329) lessons, a hands-on Brush Class with brushes included ($129), a Group Makeup Class for up to 6 ($549), and a Thursday-night Drop-In Class. See Classes & lessons.
Can my friend get ready with me?
Yes — the You & a Friend Glam is two sessions side by side for $120 total, Monday to Wednesday. For three or more, The Oasis VIP room is the better fit.
Becoming a Muse

What's included in a Muse session?
Each session includes full makeup application, lashes (except Natural Glam), touch-up tips, and product recommendations. Muses also get priority booking and Muse pricing.
What happens if I don't use my sessions?
They roll over to the next month. Credits stay on your account for as long as you're a Muse.
How do I cancel my Muse level?
Email [email protected] at least 5 days before your next billing date. Your level stays active through the current cycle. Full details are on the Muse Program Terms page.
Which Muse levels can I share?
Iconic and Essential credits are transferable to friends and family. Classic, Modern, and the Nashville Glamour Pass are for you. Endless Muse includes one guest glam a month.
