How does billing work?
Your Muse level is billed automatically each month to the card on file in Booker, our secure booking and payment system, on the same date you enrolled. Every level runs month to month.
What happens if I don't use my sessions?
They roll over to the next month. Credits stay on your account for as long as you're a Muse, so a quiet month never costs you anything.
Can I share my glams?
Modern, Nashville Glamour Pass, Iconic, and Essential credits are transferable to friends and family. Classic Muse is for you. Endless Muse is non-transferable but includes one complimentary guest glam per month.
Can I use my credits on bridal or VIP room bookings?
Credits apply to Natural, Soft, and Bold Glam. Bridal packages and Oasis VIP room bookings are priced separately, but Muses receive their Muse discount on additional services.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend 1–2 weeks in advance for regular services. Same-day appointments are often available for Muses, and every level above Classic includes VIP scheduling priority.
How do I pause or cancel?
Email [email protected] at least 5 days before your next billing date. Your Muse level stays active through the current cycle, and no further charges occur after that. Full details are on the Cancellation Policy.
Can I use my Muse level at the Scottsdale studio?
Nashville Muse levels are billed and booked against the Nashville studio. If you'll be in Scottsdale once it opens, email us before your trip and we'll see what we can arrange.
